Job Description:
As General Manager you'll be responsible for a wide range of duties each day.
You will oversee the daily operations, manage staff and resources, and ensure a positive customer experience every time.
Additionally, you'll work to develop marketing campaigns to increase patronage, monitor equipment performance levels and maintenance schedules, and balance the budget for the efficient operation of the establishment.
You will be required to enforce safety regulations, track revenue, and profits, and provide leadership by setting clear goals and expectations for team members.
Your excellent organizational skills will also come into play when you are managing employee schedules, handling customer inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
